In 2013, I joined the Questionnement Psychanalytique in order to become part of a community of analysts with whom I have the opportunity to immerse myself in the clinical experience and the practical, individual approach that defines each member.

In addition to our meetings in seminars, reflection groups, agoras, reading groups and other colloquia, my membership in the Questionnement allows me to refine my approach to psychoanalysis through work in cartels, which constitute one of the essential hinges of the continuing education of analysts.

Afterwards, I became a delegate of my association to the European inter-associative of psychoanalysis. It is a position that I still hold today and that allows me to refine my practice and my thoughts at an international level, with analysts from a number of countries such as France, Spain or Italy, but also from horizons as diverse as Martinique or China.

In an effort to experience the different approaches and teachings of psychoanalysis, I decided to enter postgraduate studies in analytically oriented psychotherapy at Ghent University. In addition to discovering a more culturally oriented international approach, it is also an opportunity for me to brush up my mother tongue and to work with diverse sources, but especially different from the “classics” of the French-speaking world.

After 4 years of training, in 2022 I obtained a certificate in “Psychoanalytical Therapy for Adults from a Freudian-Lacanian perspective”.

Once my theoretical and practical experience was well established in the world of work and psychoanalytical reflection, I joined La Bastide, a therapeutic community for people suffering from psychic and mental “disorders”, such as psychoses and anxieties, but also (mild) debility or autism.

La Bastide has a residential centre for 20 adults on a permanent basis. It is therefore a place of life and exchange very rich in emotion and which reserves many surprises.

On the other hand, La Bastide is also a day centre for other users from outside, for whom we organize a daily reception and try to contribute to their autonomy and thus allow them to find freedom of movement and contact with the outside.

My activities are diverse and varied:

It is only after a long journey of about twenty years, in order to refine the central hinge of the analytical work, its ethical inscription in particular, that I decided to open a private practice addressed mainly to adults, but of course to any person in psychic suffering or unable to get rid of sources of anguish or questions of vital importance to them.

The purpose of this practice is to offer a space of freedom of expression and thought, of free association, seeking to help anyone who wishes to question himself on the vicissitudes of life, his desire and his impasses, which are certainly not insurmountable!
